Our current rotating menu consists of:
SHOYU RAMEN– a strong shoyu focused broth with a black garlic oil. With scallion, sprouts, butter, corn, garlic, nori, sesame, seasoning, and seasoned egg. “Loaded with Shoyu Umami, balanced to be strong but not too salty”
BUTTER CORN MISO RAMEN– a miso focused broth with butter and corn With scallion, sprouts, garlic, nori, sesame, seasoning, and seasoned egg. “Mellow, Flavorful, and Filling, a bit of sweetness”
CHILE MISO RAMEN– a miso focused broth with chili oil. With butter, corn, scallion, sprouts, garlic, nori, sesame, seasoning, and seasoned egg. “Designed to pack a flavorful chili umami punch, focused on intensity of flavor- not on intensity of spicy heat.”
